Travel: Minimum of or site visits (to Fredericton) per -month period during the engagement.

Description: A Certified Information Privacy Professional or Certified International Access and Privacy Professional designation, or willingness to obtain certification. Four () years experience working directly with privacy legislation, such as the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA), including experience understanding, analyzing and interpreting privacy legislation. Minimum of two () years experience conducting privacy impact assessments, and a minimum of five () years of related work experience. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. Demonstrated experience working directly with privacy legislation, such as the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA), including experience understanding, analyzing, and interpreting privacy legislation. Provide details on: Specific duration, employer name, and type of privacy work conducted Amount of risk items handled (monthly) Methodology Tools used Reporting provided Provide an outline of how you might develop and deliver components of FTB’s privacy management program, , personal information inventory, privacy breach management, etc. Provide a timeline for the program development. Demonstrated experience conducting privacy impact assessments. Provide details on: the duties that you performed types of projects completed methodologies and frameworks Reporting provided Communication skills (written and/or oral) in French would be a benefit.
