DataDrill is currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator

  • Flexibility with shift schedule (paid after-hours On Call shifts are part of the position)
  • Ability to re-prioritize and multi-task as needed
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with respect and professionalism

 

Technical Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

 

Job Description:

The primary role is to ensure Field staff are provided with the necessary information to complete field visits, while supporting the field staff from an operational/journey management perspective. In addition, the person will be required to interact with all areas of the business to ensure that client needs are met.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Dispatching – coordinate field work and provide job details to Field Technicians.
  • Phone support to Field Technicians, including booking hotels.
  • Scheduling field truck maintenance.
  • Processing field tickets to ensure accurate billing.
  • Ensuring client job ticketing system is updated.
  • Coordinating with Support Teams to ensure field equipment is prepped as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Management, Accounting teams as needed.
  • Provide after hours Operations On-Call Support.
  • Interacting with clients over phone, text, email.
