As a Furniture Specialist, you will coordinate the movement of furniture and office goods. You will support the Ergonomist to implement and develop solutions to meet the needs of an Ergonomic Assessment. Primary duties include:  Provide information regarding standards, pricing, functionality and vendors. Coordinate furniture moves and installation, place furniture orders and manage quality. Determine the needs of clients and provide solutions.  Process invoices, review accounts payable for vendor billing and issue work orders.  Recommend accessories and supports to resolve ergonomic issues.  Maintain and complete yearly Group Ergonomic project files.  Train employees on the McCrum website and ordering/PO generation through PeopleSoft.  Develop and maintain the databases for budget and newly purchased furniture.  Qualifications  A completed 1 year certificate in Business Administration and at least 1 year of experience in furniture procurement, inventory management and/or office logistics.  Experience in furniture coordination, movement and installation would be considered an asset.  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word). Experience with Peoplesoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Archibus (Workplace Management), P2M (Project Management), SAP Ariba (Procurement) would be considered an asset. Possess excellent customer service skills which demonstrates courtesy when dealing with internal and external parties.
