This position is a full-time , permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

What Will You Be Doing? 

Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients both in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties Administering pre-testing services Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

What Do You Bring?

Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment Confidence working in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
