What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

Maintain a safe and Secure environment Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Monitor Close Circuit Cameras Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Coordinate response to the incidents. Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department. Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports. Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualification to become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in similar setting (Asset) Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Customer service oriented Must be able to work Nights. Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
