**What does a security Guard in Winnipeg do ?**:

- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Providing Access Cards
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Performing Interior, Exterior Patrols
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports
- Provide Excellent customer service.

**Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg ?**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to pass Reliability Clearance
- Must be able to work Mornings
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
