Food Runner

Position: Food Expeditor/Runner
Reports to: Restaurant Director

A storied address in the heart of Whistler’s Village, Il Caminetto features a n u nderstated, nature-inspired interior design that speaks to the beauty of the spectacular landscape and plays to the authenticity of the location . The regionally focused menu melds local flavours to showcase the best of nearby farms and waters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders to maintain fast service
• Transfer important information, such as special requests, between service staff and the kitchen
• Other duties may be assigned as required

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• A team player who works well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a fine dining environment
• A strong work ethic and commitment to a premium level of quality and customer service
• Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, CIS or a valid work permit
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
