We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences. As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with the event management team to ensure all aspects of event preparation, setup, and post-event activities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, or social gatherings.
  • Venue Management: Help with venue selection, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that event spaces are prepared according to specifications.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors, including catering, audiovisual teams, and decorators, to confirm details and timelines.
  • On-site Event Support: Provide support during events by handling registration, managing schedules, overseeing event flow, and addressing any guest concerns.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain event-related documentation, including contracts, schedules, and inventory lists.
  • Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
