**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assign and prepare staff for event roles, including set-up, reception, and tear-down.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, inspect uniforms, manage scheduling, and handle performance management tasks (hiring, training, corrective action).
- Ensure staff adherence to Scarlett House dress code policy and AGH standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and AGH team to plan and execute catering events.
- Review event assignments and organization with staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness for both front and back of house.
- Stay informed about menu items, major ingredients, preparation methods, and customer allergen needs.
- Promote exceptional customer service to AGH guests.
- Address and resolve client complaints within authority; escalate issues as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on events and client feedback.
- Conduct monthly inventory and financial reporting for AGH.
- Control and maintain banquet equipment, and manage location inventory.
- Organize, track, and submit employee labor hours for payroll through the SHFG system.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, including terminations.
- Hire, train, and onboard new employees; ensure timely submission of completed employee packages to HR.
- Work closely with the Administrative team and co-workers for consistent service quality.
- Attend staff meetings and stay updated on SHFG events.
- Assist with planning and executing off-site events.
- Collect content for marketing purposes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Skills**:Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Proficient in upselling techniques and guest services
Excellent organizational skills to coordinate events effectively
Effective communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors
Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts
Familiarity with hotel banquet operations is a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Guest services: 1 year (required)
- Event/Banquet Management: 1 year (required)
