Are you an inside sales professional with expertise in spray foam, protective coatings, and other contractor equipment in the Edmonton area? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you They are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team, where you will play a vital role in connecting with customers and driving sales for their extensive product lines related to valves and pumps.

Responsibilities
-Work with customers to determine their requirements and investigate and resolve any customer service issues.
-Provide detailed answers and suggestions to prospects based on a thorough knowledge of our product lines.
-Assist customers with paperwork to complete sales and ensure smooth transactions.
-Stay informed about competitor products to offer accurate comparisons when needed.
-Maintain and expand the company’s database of customers, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
-Understand and implement proper pricing policies and procedures.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer’s representatives.
-Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with both existing and potential customers.

Qualifications
-Prior experience in sales, particularly within the spray foam, protective coatings, and other contractor equipment sector.
-Strong technical knowledge of these products and their applications.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
-Proactive approach to customer service and sales.
