Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Finance team at Go Auto. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of automotive industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As the General Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dealership, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team of sales, finance, and administrative professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Operational Excellence: Oversee all variable aspects of dealership operations, including sales, finance, and administration. Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making. Customer Experience: Uphold and enhance Go Auto's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive brand reputation in the community. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales performance and customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

Previous Experience – Experience building and retaining high performing teams in the Automotive Industry will help you succeed in this role.
