Outside Sales Representative[Plumbing, Heating, and Humidification Products]Our client is a leading provider of Plumbing, Heating, and Humidification solutions. They are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Representative to join their team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers across various industries.As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling plumbing, heating, and humidification products. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and end-users to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.For this role, the Sales Representative is based in Moncton but covers all Atlantic Provinces (NB, NS, PEI and NFLD)What we offerSalary dependent upon experienceYear end bonusWhat you doSpeaking with clients and ensuring you ask the right questions to find their requirements and suggest suitable productsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholdersWorking together with manufacturers to drive product sales and market growthBeing proactive in identifying and resolving customer challenges and providing problem-solving solutionsPresenting engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and promote product benefitsHandling regular sales calls and visits to maintain customer engagement and drive sales prospectsNegotiating orders and contracts to secure beneficial terms while maximizing sales revenue and profitabilitySetting and attaining ambitious sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on progress to managementYou may be required to perform Equipment Start-Ups and Commissioning on the job siteWho you areProven track record of success in sales is required (preferably in the Plumbing, Heating, or HVAC industry)Strong technical ability and understanding of plumbing, heating, and humidification systems is requiredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as requiredDon't miss out on this opportunity, apply todayThe position is only open to candidates that are legally entitled to work in Canada and are currently residing in Canada.Since 1951, Drake International continues to be a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing: we help people find the right role at any stage of their career—in Canada, and around the world.
