Venor is proud to partner with LineStar Utility Supply Inc. in search for an Outside Sales Representative based in Moncton NB.
LineStar Utility Supply Inc. is a wholesale distributor specializing in tools and equipment for utility powerline construction and maintenance. We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Atlantic market.
In this role, you will report to the Vice President and focus on targeting and closing sales opportunities within the utility market, including power, telephone, and CATV industries. Your objective will be to promote LineStar Utility Supply’s extensive line of products and expertise to potential customers.
What you’ll do
- Foster and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders to drive sales growth and increase market share in alignment with company objectives.
- Gain insight into client requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions to fulfill their needs and achieve satisfaction.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry regulations, local standards, and market dynamics to ensure compliance and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, prioritizing a “Customer First” mindset in all business interactions.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships based on transparency and effective communication.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of new product launches in the market.
- Develop robust sales strategies and engage with customers proactively, establishing authority and professional trust swiftly.
As the ideal candidate you will have 5 years of experience in sales. A self-starter with a strong leadership ability and a zest for trying new ideas and strategies. You will have the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization; ability to manage and drive sales plans from beginning to end; articulate the distinct aspects of products and services; to position products against competitors and excellent listening, negotiation, presentation skills and communication skills. You will be a driven sales performer with a proven track record of exceeding targets, sales, performance and profitability across your account base/territory.
As a successful candidate you will be a strong communicator with knowledge of, and relationships within the Electrical and Power Utility industry. You will have demonstrable experience in sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
