WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

· Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment

· 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience

· Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) 

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting

· Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools

· The ability to be flexible and adaptable, working collaboratively on a team and independently 

· Passion for providing an exceptional client

· Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Regional Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our multi-unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, for providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
