Description

Position Overview:

Microsoft Dynamics CE Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring that Dynamics CE solutions meet business requirements while delivering value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics CE, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Manage project teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Dynamics CE. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics CE. Oversee data migration, integration, and customization efforts, ensuring they align with business processes and objectives. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring the stability and scalability of the Dynamics CE environment. Stay current with the latest updates and features of Dynamics CE and recommend improvements to existing systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and privacy regulations. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics CE, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions. Proven experience leading Dynamics CE projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of Dynamics CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics CE, including workflows, business process flows, and plugins. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable. Solid understanding of data migration, integration, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
