Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional project teams across the organization to plan, coordinate and manage technology projects ranging from software development, integration, implementation, and process improvement Manage multiple, various sized projects simultaneously Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and other subject matter experts, including the Development team, to apply project structure and to drive multiple initiatives forward Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, plans, schedules and timelines, facilitate meetings and workshops and communicate project milestone progress on a regular basis Create and maintain formal and informal plans, schedules and timelines including project charter, user manuals and other documentation at the appropriate level of detail required for individual projects Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project team members specific to the initiative Ability to identify and resolve project roadblocks Manage change in a complex and dynamic environment Balance technology and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes Coordinate resources by managing project performance and ensuring timely execution of deliverables Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
