Join Our Team as a Supervisor, National Fleet & Drivers

Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics and transportation? Do you want to take charge of a national fleet and lead a team toward operational excellence? If so, this role is for you

What you will accomplish with us:

Efficient Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of our fleet of vehicles to ensure optimal use and exceptional performance.

Maintenance and Safety: Ensure all vehicles are in top operational condition, compliant with regulations, and ready to hit the road by scheduling regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Leadership and Team Development: Lead and motivate a team of drivers, managing their recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the productivity of both drivers and vehicles.

️ Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement driver safety programs, ensuring all operations adhere to industry laws and standards.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Leverage data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance initiatives.

What You Bring to Our Team:

•Bilingualism: Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
•Fleet Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations.
•Leadership: Proven team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team of drivers.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
•Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
•Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor/Manager or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
•Certifications: Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) or equivalent is an asset.
