**Role**:
Assists internal and external callers experiencing issues with usability, access, or navigation of Sysco Pay. Troubleshoots system-related concerns to identify and resolve issues. Collaborates with IT/BT Technical support team if unable to resolve the caller’s issue, by creating helpdesk ticket(s). Educates and guides callers on the functionality and features of the Sysco Pay system.**Role Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate actions based on root-cause analysis on issues and identify external customer patterns that can be resolved by working directly with the external customer or internal stakeholders
- Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
- Is willing to work safely with mínimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor.
- Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you)**:
- 1-2 years’ work experience, preferably in a customer service, call center, or credit related role.
- High school diploma required.
- Post-Secondary education is an asset.
- French and English written and oral proficiency
- Fast paced work environment that requires high organization
- TalkDesk phone experience is considered an asset.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook-
