Duties and Responsibilities

:

· Work safely around Asphalt Plant and Heavy Equipment while completing maintenance and clean up duties.

· Working in a fast-paced environment within a positive team atmosphere.

· Assist in repairs and maintenance of Asphalt plant equipment.

· Inform foreman of any issues prior to performing assigned work.

· Complete maintenance inspections and pre-operational checks.

· Assist in plant set-up, inspection, and modifications.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, preferably in an Asphalt Plant or similar setting.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to a team atmosphere.

· Basic welding skills are considered an asset.

· Ability to operate trucks and heavy equipment.

· Willingness to work weekends and night shifts when required.

· Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

· Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting and strenuous activities.
