**Irrigation Technician - Experienced**

Full-time technician positions available. Waterwise is owned by Postcard Perfect, an industry leader in the lawn care sector for over twenty years.
**Reliable transportation is required to get to the shop as it is not on a bus route.
**What We Do**:
- We design and install hydraulically powered lawn sprinkler systems
- We service and renovate both residential and commercial lawn sprinkler systems
- We install and service low voltage outdoor lighting systems
- We work outside through most weather
- Track all work completed using CRM software
**What You’ll Do as an Irrigation Technician**:
- Responsible for digging, installing fittings, installing sprinklers, and cleaning up after excavation.
- Assist in preparing your truck and materials for the day as directed.
- Keep trucks and other assigned equipment in neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist in servicing, maintaining & installing irrigation systems such as sprinkler heads and valves etc.
- Be ready and willing to assist other crew members in all aspects of daily activities when required.
- Help enforce job safety practices.
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Snow Removal in the winter
**Irrigation Technician Requirements**:
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's (G) license
- Comfortable driving to customer locations
- Self-confident
- Effective Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional
- Friendly
- Good customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Reliable
- Willing and able to work long hours
**Job Type**:Full-time
**Required education**:
- Two years experience in a similar position
- Related Irrigation education (CIT, CID or CIC considered an asset).
- Landscaping experience is considered an asset.
- Horticultural experience is considered an asset.
We will provide all required safety training and will teach you the skills you need to be successful in this industry.
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
