Role & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Analyst and Report Coordinator at PTAG, you will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data, generating insightful reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to support our sales initiatives. You will leverage your technical expertise in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Visio to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements to improve revenue of the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable data solutions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Sales Tool enablement to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Create and maintain database structures, tables, indexes, and views.
  • Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and data partitioning.
  • Develop and implement data models, data dictionaries, and database documentation.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks as needed.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across databases.
  • Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including data discrepancies and performance problems.
  • Implement and maintain data security measures, including access controls and encryption.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate databases with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest database technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and synchronize data from various sources and systems.
  • Manage project-related issues and risks, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for digitation within the sales process.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI development and management.
  • Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to think systematically and critically to solve complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working experience of Dynamics 365 is an asset.
