Cake Decorator

What you’ll do:
Complete special orders for cake decoration at both Peace Country Co-op bakery locations. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the Bakery department. Decorate, package, prepare and stock products in the bakery department. Maintain a display of bakery goods ensuring facing, filling and organization of products are up to organizational standards. Monitor case temperature, clean equipment and workspaces.Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with the Bakery Manager and 12 clerks. This team strives to cultivate a culture of creativity, safety, and teamwork.

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Have 1-3 years of cake decorating experience would be considered an asset. Have a high school diploma, a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Must be physically able to perform the lifting and carrying required in the department, up to 50 lbs. Must be well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum of supervision. You are honest and trustworthy.What we offer:
