Responsibilities

Responsibilities
-Review and prioritize sales orders with consultants for accuracy.
-Coordinate order preparation and shipment with the Inventory Manager.
-Maintain customer and inventory records.
-Update CRM system daily and manage customer communications.
-Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
-Assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications
-At least one year of customer service experience; sales experience is beneficial.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Comfortable with technology and up-to-date on product knowledge.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations.
-High level of integrity and professionalism; maintains confidentiality.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
-Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to learning and innovation.
-Empowers others and demonstrates accountability in commitments.
