Are you ready to lead, inspire, and drive excellence? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, America Fujikura Limited (AFL) has an exciting opportunity for you to join our MxU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) team as a Field Service Manager.

What you’ll do

As the Field Service Manager for MxU team, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and motivating a team of MxU Technicians within your designated geographical area. Your responsibilities also include day-to-day management of the MxU program and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of operations.

You will be responsible for:

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver first-class customer service. Manage and direct technician activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures. Ensure services meet customer expectations and organizational goals. Remove roadblocks and escalate issues to resolution, prioritizing unparalleled customer satisfaction. Interpret and enforce policies, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence. Coach, mentor, and support technician team members in their ongoing professional development. Ensure on-site adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures, prioritizing team member safety. Foster positive relations within the team and uphold organizational values and reputation. Adhere to and promote environmental, health, and safety policies, contributing to a safe and sustainable workplace.

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

Passionate about leading in an operations environment and helping the team solve operations challenges Demonstrated experience 5 years in a relevant professional capacity Comprehensive understanding of telecommunication infrastructure installation Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at prioritization, multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with precision Self-driven and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities, capable of working autonomously Proficiency in taking ownership and proactively resolving challenges and issues

Working Conditions:

In-field environment with travel required up to 25%, including within and out of province. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
