**Field Project Manager**

To be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating site activities. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Contributes to the plan of a larger unit.

**As a Field Project Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Being responsible for all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of a service project. This is including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.
- Having the responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Being able to work together with high-level people from the business and SPB and EB levels about specific needs.
- Being able to communicate about the project approach and present outcomes of research done.
- Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
- Being able to adapt to processes and procedures as they are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented in the department.
- Handling diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from these conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Services Project Management.
- Have high-level oral, and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams while also leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
