YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Manage the P&A business within EMEA along with the related budget. Lead and nurture development of the P&A regional (EMEA) team to deliver on the strategic plan. You are responsible for steering the P&A business and to deliver on our long-term objectives. Shaping the future of our P&A business and developing our new 5-yr plan  Lead the key strategic initiatives around 5-yr plan.  Defining the commercial framework of our P&A business such as commercial policies, sales targets and promotions in collaboration with our Commercial Leaders. Support & challenge the EMEA PA&A pricing in collaboration with our global pricing team. Collaborate with the global teams to influence the product portfolio  Provide the financial projections of the P&A business such as annual budget, periodic forecasts, etc. as well as analyzing and explain variances versus projections/forecasts. Driving initiatives and retail plans in collaboration with salesforce to maximize P&A sales. Establish and maintain clear two-way communications with sales team to keep them informed and aligned as well as to ensure feedback from the field adequately informs regional P&A decision making. Provide insights of the PA&A business by analyzing and providing data. Share those insight with the commercial teams to leverage opportunities and provide transparency on challenges. Manage seasonal ordering processes.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

University, business school or technical school degree in economics, engineering or similar Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Powersports, automotive or similar industries Strong general business acumen with ability to operationalize a plan with field teams.  Strong team player, natural people leader, and ability communicate clearly and influence various types of stakeholders (from field/sales teams to senior executives)  Preferably (not mandatory) experience within the parts and accessories businesses  Ability to navigate in ever changing and matrixial environment. Well organized, accurate and results oriented. High degree of ownership & self-initiative Experience in leading a multinational team within the context of a global organization. Fluent in English - other language skills a plus
