Quality and Improvement culture

actively promote quality and continuous improvement within the firm. advise project teams on process and quality management. plan, coordinate and facilitate various improvement activities. develop and guide the design and delivery of quality and improvement training sessions. actively support the organization in its growth, expansion and transformation.

Continuous improvement

support the firm in identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve corporate processes. provide training in the A3 Thinking approach, coordinate its use in internal projects and clarify project objectives. guide project teams in analyzing root causes and establishing corrective actions associated with quality issues (problem-solving).

Quality system data management and team support
