We're on the hunt for an energetic and ambitious Sales Associate / Sales Manager to elevate our team and deliver outstanding service to our distinguished clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly service to our clients to meet sales targets.

• Develop deep knowledge of our product lines, including renowned brands such as Hugo Boss, Jack Victor, and Psycho Bunny.

• Manage daily sales floor operations and coordinate staff activities.

• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Utilize clienteling techniques to cultivate long-term customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales strategies.

• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in high-end or luxury retail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Description du poste :

Joignez-vous à l'équipe dynamique de Club Uomo, un pionnier de la mode masculine de luxe depuis plus de 30 ans, en plein cœur du quartier animé de Saint-Léonard, à Montréal. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) associé(e) aux ventes ou d'un(e) gérant(e) des ventes énergique et ambitieux(se) pour renforcer notre équipe et offrir un service exceptionnel à notre clientèle distinguée.

Responsabilités :

- Fournir un service professionnel et amical à nos clients afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.

- Développer une connaissance approfondie de nos gammes de produits, y compris des marques renommées telles que Hugo Boss, Jack Victor et Psycho Bunny.

- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de la salle de vente et coordonner les activités du personnel.

- Maintenir un niveau élevé de merchandising visuel et de présentation du magasin.

- Utiliser des techniques de clientélisme pour entretenir des relations à long terme avec les clients.

- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour planifier et exécuter les stratégies de vente.

- Traiter les demandes et les problèmes des clients et assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.

Exigences :

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail, de préférence dans la vente au détail haut de gamme ou de luxe.

- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.

- Capacité avérée à travailler efficacement de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.

- Une attitude positive et la capacité de s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.

- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est souhaitée.
