Job Description
Role Description:

• Leverage their knowledge of complex Salesforce ecosystems in order to deliver both declarative and non declarative custom solutions.
• Take a lead role on major projects and to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with Admins, Developers and Leadership to deliver the most efficient and scalable solutions to complex problems.
• Design the data model, user interface, business logic and security for custom applications within Salesforce.
• Lead the building of solutions on the Salesforce platform, including development in Lightning, Apex, Web Services and API’s.
• Aid with requirements gathering, testing, deployment and documentation of solutions.
• Work with teams to help create and review estimates for technical solutions and software development.
• Own the technical standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce solutions, including UI/UX.
• Lead audit and security checks of client instances.
• Design and develop automated solutions that will help make CloudKettle’s practice more scalable and improve the quality of our deliverables.
• Enforce coding best practices, design patterns etc.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and assisting clients with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service and Community clouds.
• Participate in client meetings to communicate status and provide best practice recommendations.
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions.

Experience (Years): 10 & Above
Essential Skills:

15 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
• Have a current Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, B2B Solution Architect, or B2C Solution Architect Certification
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Significant experience in executing data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
• Experience in building automation using Flows.• Experience in creating Apex classes, Triggers and using APIs.
• Expert level knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL.
• A history of successful building web-based user interfaces, along with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components• Strong attention to detail and 
   excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
• Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset.
• PD2 and/or JavaScript Developer 1 are an asset.• Experience working with MuleSoft is an asset.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications such as ERPs is an asset.
• Experience working with AngularJS and/or jQuery is a plus.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an asset.

Requirements
Primary Skills • Deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to and including Windows 10/11/Server 2019 • Experience with Windows 10/11 Intune Modern Management. • Expertise with SCCM OSD orchestration and software delivery concepts. Knowledge of common Windows Infrastructure i.e. Active Directory/GPO/DFS/PKI. • Advanced scripting skills with PowerShell. • Extensive experience with Enterprise workloads migration to the cloud such as network drives content to Microsoft OneDrive for Business. • Knowledge of common Windows Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc. • Strong troubleshooting mindset (i.e. parsing event logs, SysInternals tools, analysing memory dumps etc). • Experience automating workflows and providing self service capability. • Client / Server hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment. • Experience designing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements. • Ability to author technical and operational management documentation including design and support docs, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc Secondary Skills • Experience of Windows Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc) • Desktop/Laptop Hardware Knowledge and Management in an enterprise environment (i.e. driver, firmware, bios management). • Understanding of Agile principles and how to apply them. • Infrastructure systems including experience with Jira.
