Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team at G-P. As a technical leader within the Salesforce platform, you will support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.

About the Position

This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Integration. You should have previous experience as a Salesforce Architect and be able to integrate with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data model, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom code.
  • Provide technical leadership in setting best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.
  • Maintain a flexible work environment to facilitate quick responses to changing project requirements and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of the internal Salesforce.com instance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including software engineering, product management, and revenue, to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports needs relating to functionality and performance.
  • Develop in Visualforce, Apex, Node.js, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Integration required.
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect and experience integrating with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
  • Experience in designing solutions with maximum usability while minimizing complex code and customizations.
  • Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Good to have experience with full-stack web development.
  • Ability to coach, guide, and mentor a small CRM team (approximately 2-3 team members) in accomplishing architecture, design, and implementation goals. Track development deliverables and communicate their status to teams.
  • Advocate for best practices and documentation for all development work.
  • Ability to collaborate with project managers & department heads to identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Experience working in a SaaS-centric environment with internationally distributed and diverse teams.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
