Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at CloudKettle Inc.

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

You will collaborate with other developers, architects, and consultants to implement best practices in Salesforce development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
  4. Providing day-to-day end-user support and assisting clients with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
  5. Participating in client meetings to communicate status and provide recommendations for improving Salesforce processes.
  6. Continually seeking ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including at least 3+ years of experience working with Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada and able to show proof of citizenship or visa.

Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset. Experience with MuleSoft, AngularJS, jQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and deploying applications to the Salesforce AppExchange are also considered assets.
