What could y

What could your first experience look like?

You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centres. You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people. You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team. Motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes. Strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction)

Who’s a good fit for the team:

Bachelor’s degree in completed by August 2024 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach Qualifications
