About the role

Nous cherchons des souscripteurs pour notre équipe Expertise PME enrichissement en assurance des entreprises. Vous travaillerez avec des risques ainsi qu’une clientèle diversifiée comprenant des propriétaires fonciers, syndicats de copropriété, des fabricants, des entrepreneurs, des grossistes, des détaillants, des entreprises de transport et des fournisseurs de service.

En vous joignant à notre équipe, vous pourrez :

Prendre des décisions d’affaires judicieuses qui contribuent à une croissance rentable et négocier les conditions avec les courtiers

Placer le client au cœur de l’ensemble de vos activités, qu’il s’agisse de renseigner le courtier ou de trouver des solutions innovantes 

Créer des relations d’affaires de confiance avec les courtiers, adapter votre approche et saisir les occasions de vente 

Analyser les risques et formuler vos recommandations

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance

DEC ou AEC en assurance de dommages (atout)

Détenir le titre de PAA ou de FPAA ou être sur le point de l'obtenir (un atout)

Communicateur habile qui aime prendre des décisions et qui excelle à influencer les autres

Fortes habilités pour la négociation, sens des affaires, autonomie et bonne aptitude pour le travail d'équipe

Esprit d'initiative, proactif dans la recherche de solutions et soucieux de la qualité du service

Curiosité, désir d’apprendre, forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

Capacité à développer et à maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les courtiers

Capacité à prendre des décisions dans des situations urgentes, à résoudre des problèmes complexes, à recommander des mesures à prendre et à prendre des risques calculés

Avoir d’excellentes aptitudes pour l’organisation et la gestion du temps et des priorités

Facilité à naviguer à travers différents systèmes informatiques

Début de la formation  : 13 janvier

Horaire de travail  : temps plein 35h/semaine, horaire de jour qui peut varier entre 8h et 17h.
