Charisma Finance is expanding and, we are looking for **experienced full-time mortgage brokers** to join our team, and have the **opportunity to service our 600 internal real estate brokers** with the **support of our own underwriting team**. The individual is responsible for growing a portfolio of high-quality residential mortgages in Quebec, by identifying and sourcing new opportunities in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Mortgage broker license
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Be available Full-Time
- Bilingual (verbal and written)
- A demonstrated track record of sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
- Comfortable approaching and talking to prospects and doing business remotely via computer, phone, and zoom conferencing

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to grow an extensive and qualified pipeline
- Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, market trends, and tools by attending training and departmental meetings.
- Coordinate sales and support efforts with underwriting, administration, insurance, and other departments and cultivate good relationships with clients, and circle of influence.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional customer service skills as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills in the context of mortgage financing;
- Extensive knowledge of residential & commercial real estate and of real estate market/industry trends;
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment;
- Additional skills include marketing, deal negotiation, the gathering of due diligence materials, financial statement analysis;
