We want to evolve with you We are looking for someone with 6+ years experience of working in the account management space. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our project management team and our sales team and take the lead in client communications.

In your role as Account Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for clients (both large-scale web design and development projects, and ongoing evolution and support projects)
  • Deepen your understanding of Evolving Web’s services and strengths and how we support our clients
  • Understand each client’s business model
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts with new clients and manage contract renewals
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress to clients and to the leadership team
  • Work with the sales team to understand client needs and look for opportunities to expand our service offering
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and report on the status of all accounts
  • Assist with challenging client requests and know when to escalate to the leadership team

What kind of skillset do you need to be successful in your role within the Evolving community?

  • You have 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing web design and development projects
  • You have an understanding of Evolving Web’s services and how to position them
  • You are an excellent listener and have the ability to understand client needs
  • You have good estimation skills
  • You follow and understand digital best practices, technologies, and trends
  • You are motivated by managing client relationships and handling multiple projects at once.
  • You are comfortable with public speaking and presenting to stakeholders
  • You have experience using CRM and project management software
  • You have experience tracking goals and results
  • You contribute to the culture of the agency and participate in activities that develop a feeling of belonging to it.
  • You have excellent communication skills preferably in both French and English
  • You have experience supervising others
  • Experience selling to the US market

Dans votre rôle de gestionnaire de compte, vous devrez:

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients (à la fois pour les projets de conception et de développement web à grande échelle et pour les projets d'évolution et d'assistance en cours)
  • Approfondir votre compréhension des services et des points forts d'Evolving Web et de la manière dont nous soutenons nos clients
  • Comprendre le modèle d'entreprise de chaque client
  • Construire et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients
  • Négocier des contrats avec de nouveaux clients et gérer les renouvellements de contrats
  • Développer des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes
  • Veiller à ce que les projets soient menés à bien dans les délais impartis, conformément aux besoins et aux objectifs des clients
  • Communiquer clairement les progrès réalisés aux clients et à l'équipe de direction
  • Travailler avec l'équipe de vente pour comprendre les besoins des clients et rechercher des opportunités d'élargir notre offre de services
  • Prévoir et suivre les indicateurs des comptes clés et rendre compte de l'état de tous les comptes
  • Aider à répondre aux demandes difficiles des clients et savoir quand s'adresser à l'équipe de direction

Quelles sont les compétences requises pour réussir dans votre rôle au sein de la communauté Evolving Web ?

  • Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en agence, de préférence dans le domaine du marketing numérique
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets de conception et de développement de sites web
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des services d'Evolving Web et de la manière de les positionner
  • Vous savez écouter et comprendre les besoins des clients
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en matière d'estimation.
  • Vous suivez et comprenez les meilleures pratiques, technologies et tendances numériques
  • Vous êtes motivé(e) par la gestion des relations avec les clients et par le traitement de plusieurs projets à la fois
  • Vous êtes à l'aise pour parler en public et faire des présentations aux parties prenantes
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'utilisation de logiciels de gestion de la relation client et de gestion de projet
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans le suivi des objectifs et des résultats
  • Vous contribuez à la culture de l'agence et participez à des activités qui développent un sentiment d'appartenance à celle-ci
  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de préférence en français et en anglais
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la supervision d'autres personnes
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la vente sur le marché nord américain
