At GPHY, we're looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Account Manager to support the growth of our management platform, elia.io, which helps companies optimize their workspaces.

About GPHY
GPHY is a fast-growing company redefining workspace management. Since the launch of our elia.io platform in 2023, we have modernized the way companies manage their workspaces. GPHY has just closed a round of private funding to catalyze its commercialization in the United States. Today, we're embarking on a new phase of international development, and we're looking for SDRs to strengthen our Montreal-based sales team. Come and play a key role in our mission to conquer English-speaking markets in the U.S. and Canada

Your role at GPHY
As Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing and new customers. Your goal: to maximize their satisfaction, loyalty and long-term value, while exploring opportunities to offer them additional solutions.

Your responsibilities

Customer relationship management: Develop strong, trusting relationships with our customers to understand their long-term needs and objectives.

Portfolio growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to extend the value of existing accounts.

Strategic support: Act as an advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices for using elia.io.

Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with SDRs to qualify prospects and with Account Executives to close upsells.

Analysis and reporting: Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction, opportunities detected, and contract renewals via our CRM.

Achieving objectives: Contribute to achieving overall customer retention and monthly recurring revenue objectives.

What we're looking for

Account management experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role, ideally in B2B or SaaS sales.

Communication skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English (French is an asset).

Customer focus: Strong ability to understand customer needs and build long-term relationships.

Proactive and organized: Able to effectively manage a portfolio of customers and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborative spirit: Enthusiastic about working with SDRs, AEs and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Mastery of tools: Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
