Titre interne : Analyste système d’information ressources humaines – Module HCM

À titre d'analyste en Système d’Information Ressources Humaines (SIRH), vous jouerez un rôle central dans la configuration, l’amélioration et l’optimisation du module HCM dans Workday . Vous analyserez des situations particulières et recommanderez les solutions appropriées. Vous agirez comme personne-ressource pour les questions afférentes à ce module, vous participerez à des projets spéciaux de la direction et plus largement à l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.

Votre vision globale de Workday, votre compréhension des interrelations et interactions entre ses modules Ressources Humaines, votre approche hautement collaborative ainsi que votre intérêt à explorer et améliorer les processus seront autant de facteurs prédictifs de votre succès. 
 
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Travailler en collaboration avec le responsable affaires et les autres leads Workday ainsi qu'avec les autres intervenants externes ou internes pour obtenir ou fournir des renseignements associés au bon déroulement des opérations ou à des améliorations Respecter la feuille de route de la vice-présidence exécutive pour les projets, les mandats et les optimisations à réaliser. Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs établis et au suivi de leur réalisation Participer au maintien des opérations courantes (répondre aux problèmes particuliers qui surviennent, analyser et expliquer ces situations, identifier des solutions à appliquer, participer à la mise en place de ces solutions) et proposer des pistes d’amélioration. Réaliser des opérations complexes exigeant une expertise et des connaissances particulières et/ou spécialisées du système Workday Module HCM Évaluer le potentiel et les impacts des nouvelles fonctionnalités proposées par Workday deux fois par année. Fournir des analyses ainsi que des recommandations et procéder aux activations, lorsque requis Participer à différentes activités liées à la réalisation des projets (analyse, élaboration, réalisation et validation des tests).Participer à l’implantation des projets (mise en place de l’environnement opérationnel, soutien à la préparation et diffusion de la formation, support de travail des utilisateurs durant la période de rodage; support des utilisateurs durant la période de post implantation). Participer, de concert avec les autres directions, aux projets ayant un impact sur les opérations de la vice-présidence exécutive. Participer à l’établissement des politiques, procédures et des directives concernant les opérations de l’équipe Participer aux activités de gestion du changement, de communication et de formation

Vos atouts et vos talents :

Baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente Très bonne connaissance du système Workday, du module HCM ainsi que des opérations reliées au secteur des ressources humaines Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinente incluant la configuration, l’amélioration et l’optimisation du module HCM dans Workday Bonne connaissance de la suite Office Très bonnes aptitudes pour les communications et une maîtrise intermédiaire-avancée des langues française et anglaise , tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail et/ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs francophones et anglophones et afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise Connaissance de JIRA (un atout)
