**The role in a nutshell**

Under the supervision of the Senior HRIS Specialist, you will contribute to the effectiveness of human resources management by ensuring the accessibility and efficient operation of the technologies supporting the activities of the HR team.

You will also actively participate in the definition of requirements as well as the deployment and maintenance of new solutions chosen by the organization to improve HR processes.

**More specifically, you will have to**:

- Document and maintain the teams HRIS processes and procedures in order to meet legal requirements while respecting the companys values and policies;
- Maintain and audit the security of information in HR systems;
- Support the HR team in defining system requirements and reports;
- Analyze, understand and propose solutions that are aligned with functional needs;
- Participate in the testing processes of the solutions developed and support the deployments;
- Act as a super user and be the first point of contact for internal clients for questions related to HR information systems.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field;
- Good experience in administration, human resources and/or information systems;
- Experience with data security, audit and testing processes (advantageous);
- You are methodical and rigorous;
- Excellent communication skills and truly customer-orientated;
- You are flexible, discreet, have a good analytical mind and sound judgment;
- You are in solution mode and can work autonomously.

**Languages**: French. An advanced level of English (oral and written) is required to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders.

**Travel**: You must be prepared to work with colleagues located in other time zones. You may be required to travel on an ad hoc basis (if required).
