**Job Description**:
In the context of the transformation of the Human Resources team, you will contribute, as an HRIS analyst, to implementing a new HR system in collaboration with internal and external partners. You will also be responsible for the evolution of this system to make it a high -value-added tool for both the HR function and users. You will report to the Manager of Employee Services.

**Main responsibilities**
- Project (implementation, follow-ups, improvement requests, etc.)
- Assist in prioritizing and following up tasks and deadlines in the context of implementing new modules or new features.
- Analyze and validate the HR team's and other users' business needs
- Provide specifications to the IT team and perform the required follow-ups and tests.
- Document and perform the necessary tests to deploy a new version or module.

Super User
- Act as a resource person in using and configuring the various HRIS systems related to the payroll and HR process.
- Analyze and understand the issues, identify needs, propose concrete and efficient solutions and ensure links with other projects.
- Analyze and communicate business needs/issues to the IT Business Analyst to define metrics and produce dashboards.
- Act as SME and representative of the HRIS solution with the technical teams to implement new functionalities and make the solution evolve with the business needs.
- Participate in optimization test scenarios and system configuration.
- Train and support system users towards greater autonomy.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation and training, as well as communication with super users.
- Investigate and resolve data issues, including tracking, documenting, and responding to reporting requests. Ensure that the issue is fully resolved and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Support users at various sites in integrating new HRIS systems and completing unique projects.

Data
- Analyze and implement strategies for effectively managing HR data to enable the HR function to optimize its services.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines. Develop and run reports basis regularly to validate data accuracy and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Analyze and validate data requirements. Collaborate with the Employee Services team and business partners for effective data sharing and make recommendations for process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- You have 10+ years of experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or other related Dayforce system.
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have proven skills and experience in relationships and data manipulation.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
