Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. We are currently searching for an experienced, professional and customer focused Operations Administrator to support our Operations team in Saint John, NB. 

Responsibilities :

•Answer and redirect maintenance calls;

•Issue all Purchase Orders for work orders, and help monitor work orders;

•Create change orders;

•Create health and safety PPE orders;

•Track vehicle service;

•Submit mileage for staff as needed;

•Assist with tracking of insurance claims;

•Invoicing;

•Other administrative reports and duties as required.

Qualifications :

•Must have strong administrative training and background, with over 2 years’ experience;

•Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools, high level of Excel competency;

•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team;

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;

•Keen focus on internal and external client satisfaction and process improvement;

•Prior property management experience would be an asset;

•Knowledge of Yardi would be an asset or similar capital processing system.
