POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform journal entries, reconciliations and reporting activities ensuring the daily, monthly and quarterly accounting and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time Prepare financial analysis on monthly and quarterly data Prepare external financial disclosures Perform analysis of various accounting issues; resolve and implement new procedures Respond to queries from auditors and internal reviewers Identify possible improvements to the reporting process and implement selected solutions Support other external and legal entity reporting activities Ensure financial reporting and disclosures outputs associated with responsibilities are in compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), tax, securities regulation, and SOX

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or other relevant fields Training towards a CPA designation 1 to 2 years relevant experience Knowledge of US GAAP requirements, desirable Possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to set and meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills
