This role will be reporting to the Director, Broker Services & Programs, the Commercial Program Coordinator will be responsible for:

Review and document Program Agreements, Products and caveats to gain in depth knowledge.Review and understand current Team Structure, Roles, allocated tasks and responsibilities.Review current processes to gain an in depth understanding. Document business processes, workflows related to each Program.Complete analysis of wordings for products and programs to understand differences.Complete analysis of formal processes and current state.Create Training documentation and support training initiatives within the team.Provide feedback and recommendations on training needs.Support team members with tasks as required.Assess the quality of the supporting documentation within the department, make recommendationsAssisting in the planning, execution and reporting on projects.Collaborate with team members and leaders to understand the details within the Programs. Create proposal of standardized processes and identify areas for improvement.

What you will bring: 

Insurance experience an assetRIBO License or ability to obtainExperience in analyzing data relating to process and workflows required.Project Management experience an assetA well-defined sense of diplomacy, strong communication skills – both written and verbalAbility to summarize results in clear, concise, understandable language.Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and Outlook requiredExperience using EPIC, an Applied Systems broker management application an asset
