Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor standard cost system in ERP
  • Supervises monthly close activities. Prepare/oversee preparation of income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements
  • Organize and schedule all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
  • Analyze and reconcile financial information and general ledger accounts
  • Provide financial support to various internal managers.
  • Train, conducts evaluations, and manage productivity of employees.
  • Approve AP invoices and P-card transactions and customer account credits.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
  • Maintaining inventory costs


Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role
  • CPA designation or at the final stages is a must
  • Must be bilingual in French and English - both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
