Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Claims Supervisor to lead our casualty claims team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Key Responsibilities
The Claims Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all claims while maintaining quality and company standards and guidelines.
The role requires collaboration with various departments, internal and external clients, and providing regular guidance and support to field employees in the day-to-day operations.
The Claims Supervisor will be primarily responsible for field claims in Montreal and will also be doing some field work.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment
- AMF license (personal and commercial)
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience leading a team with strong management skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong IT and reporting skills including Office 365
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
