THE JOB

Our Account Management team in Canada is seeking a Bilingual Account Officer (Temporary) who will support the local Account Management team specifically to create capacity for renewal conversations. This temporary assignment has an anticipate time length between 12-18 months and the preferred candidate will be bilingual in French and English and be able to work a hybrid schedule to our Toronto/Montreal office 2 days a week.

  • Retention support - collaborates to ensure timely renewal of policies, confirm all contractual documentation and full compliance with company rules.
  • Providing account management services to the insured and/or its local subsidiaries, while managing and developing the day-to-day relationships with clients and brokers.
