We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM). As a CSM, you are responsible for managing the customer relationship, delivering customer value and outcomes, supporting contract management, and growing the portfolio of managed services and cloud offerings.

Requirements:

The CSM is expected to have extensive experience, preferably in IT Business or related field. 3+ years of relevant work experience. Project management and service management certifications. Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies. Bilingual, French/English.

Responsibilities:

The CSM is the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and is the pivot between the clients and the organization. A key role to ensure relationship longevity, high level of quality and satisfaction. Have recurring communications with all clients, while producing and presenting all WBRS, MBRS, QBRS and ABRS. Will be responsible for Customer Onboarding. Collaborate with Sales. Reduce Churn and be the advocate for clients. Ensure the Health of each client. Will also be responsible to ensure that all involved departments along with the Director's and their respective teams are collaborating and communicating to ensure that all tasks, projects, services are performed and completed successfully.

En tant que Responsable de la réussite client, vous êtes responsable de la gestion de la relation client, de la fourniture de valeur et de résultats pour le client, du soutien à la gestion des contrats et de la croissance du portfolio de services gérés et d'offres de cloud.

Exigences :

Le Responsable de la Réussite Client doit avoir une expérience approfondie, de préférence dans le domaine de l'informatique ou dans un domaine connexe. Plus de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Certifications en gestion de projet et en gestion des services. Connaissance des produits et technologies Microsoft. Bilingue, français/anglais.

Responsabilités :

Le CSM est le principal point de contact pour un portfolio de clients et est le point de contact entre les clients et l'organisation. Il joue un rôle clé pour assurer la longévité de la relation, un niveau élevé de qualité et de satisfaction. Il a des communications récurrentes avec tous les clients, tout en produisant et en présentant tous les WBRS, MBRS, QBRS et ABRS. Vous serez responsable de l'accueil des clients. Collaborer avec les ventes. Réduire le taux de désabonnement et défendre les intérêts des clients. Assurer la santé de chaque client. Il est également chargé de veiller à ce que tous les départements concernés, ainsi que les directeurs et leurs équipes respectives, collaborent et communiquent afin de s'assurer que toutes les tâches, tous les projets et tous les services sont exécutés et menés à bien.
