Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Solutions Architect to join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. This will be a hybrid work setting with a combination of on site and remote work.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, excellent technical skills, and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Design and develop SAP SCM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SCM modules such as SAP APO and SAP IBP.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from planning and requirements gathering to execution and go-live.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP SCM team members.
  • Proficiency in SAP SCM modules and integration with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).

  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience.
  • Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes.
  • Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization.
