Job Purpose:

As Finance Business Partner - Infrastructure, you will provide financial and strategic support to a large portion of the organization while ensuring the highest level of financial governance.

Details (Your Responsibilities):

Financial support and headcount management for various functions, including Medical, Regulatory and Government Affairs.

Year-end external reporting (Transfer of Value to healthcare professionals, T4As, grants & donations, etc.)

Prepare month end reports and analyses for management presentations.

Complete month end accruals (JE, accruals, validations).

Prepare analyses and inputs for the monthly forecasting and annual planning processes.

Prepare and complete ad hoc financial models and reports as required.

Support audits and quarterly management monitoring.

Support pension transaction processing and bank reconciliation.

Basic Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance.

Professional accounting designation.

Minimum 3 years of post-university experience

Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel.

Strong skills in modelling, analyzing, forecasting, strategic/scenario planning, decision making.

Strong interpersonal skills, as we interact with numerous stakeholders across the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP, Vista and Power BI experience would be an asset.

Pharmaceutical industry exposure is an asset.
