Overview:
**What will you contribute?**

As our Lead People Business Partner, you will step into a strategic role that is pivotal to Finastra’s success. During your 12-month tenure (maternity cover), you will serve as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing value-added services across our corporate functions.

Your ability to demonstrate influence over senior executives and build strong stakeholder relationships will be key in this role. We value professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and possess high learning agility.

Independence and the ability to prioritize workload are essential, as is a focus on big-ticket HR initiatives. As a champion of our HR function, you will drive the automation of transactional work and support a Manager Self Service culture.

**Responsibilities & Deliverables**:
In this dynamic and influential role, here are the key responsibilities you will undertake:

- Partner and collaborate with organizational leaders, key stakeholders and COE’s to shape, develop and implement HR plans and solutions aligned with the needs and priorities of the business / function.
- Lead on HR activities as per HR calendar: Annual merit cycle, Talent, Quarterly headcount and data submissions
- Review and analyze business and people metrics and draw insights to understand underlying trends or issues.
- Build strong relationships with your business leadership team / stakeholders and lead the HR agenda for the relevant function.
- Collaborate and partner with Country HR partners and People team Centres of Expertise (CoE) (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Organization Effectiveness, Culture and Talent etc.) on projects, programs and business as usual activities.

Qualifications:
**Required Skills & Experience**:
Here are some of the skills and experiences we are looking for:

- 8-10 years of relevant HR Generalist/ HRBP experience in partnering with Senior Executives to drive a People Strategy with demonstrable business impact.
- Strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management abilities.
- Expertise in navigating ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and a strong drive to make a difference are essential.
- You will have an in-depth knowledge of good practices in human resources and employee management in the UK, Europe, and Asia.
- Skilled in creating engaging presentations, with strong communication and reporting skills tailored for senior audiences.
- Recognized HR qualifications would be an asset.
