What you’ll do:

Operating in a diverse and highly competitive retail environment, the Ag Mechanic is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs and scheduled maintenance work on Ag equipment.

Key responsibilities include :

Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions. Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts. Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections and pre-season inspections. Complete work orders and help the shop mechanic. Adhere to all occupational health and safety standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees.

Who you are:

You have excellent Guest service skills and proven communication skills (written and verbal). You are able to work independently or as part of a Team. You have 1 – 3 years of mechanical experience in agricultural mechanics, heavy duty mechanic or diesel mechanic experience. You have class 5 Drivers’ license. Class 1/Class 3 considered an asset but not essential. You may be required to work longer hours especially during the busy season. Ability to commute/relocate (8 miles east of Brandon or 2 miles west of Douglas). You’re aligned with our Values.
